He has published numerous articles and books on contemporary architecture, including TASCHEN's Architecture Now! series, Building a New Millennium, and monographs on Tadao Ando, Santiago Calatrava, Norman Foster, Richard Meier, Jean Nouvel, and Álvaro Siza.

Alberto Campo Baeza (born in Valladolid, Spain, in 1946) studied in Madrid, where he obtained his Ph.D. in 1982 at the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura (ETSAM). He has taught at different universities worldwide, including the ETSAM, where he has served as Head Professor of Design. Among his most important architectural works are the BIT Center on Mallorca (1998), the Caja General de Granada Headquarters (2001), the Guerrero House (Cádiz, 2005), as well as a number of private residences, such as the De Blas House, Sevilla de la Nueva (2000).
